You refers to any user or visitor of the Tradedal website.
You must be a human to use our Service. We do not allow registrations through automated methods, including bots.
Use the Service solely to generate trade ideas. Be aware that the Service does not provide real-time market data; we use quotes delayed at least 15 minutes.
You are responsible for all content you create using our Service. It is your responsibility to secure and maintain your account. Our company is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with these security requirements.
Currently, Tradedal is in its beta phase. During this phase, we offer our services at no charge to users.
After exiting the beta phase, we may introduce paid accounts that provide extended functionalities and integrations. Details of these functionalities and the terms of the paid accounts will be communicated at that time.
We do not currently offer API access. Any use of the service through third-party products or services is not permitted.
You are responsible for properly cancelling or terminating your account. Information on how to cancel or terminate your account will be provided on the Tradedal website.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your account at any time for any reason.
We provide the services on an 'as is' basis without any Service Level Agreement (SLA). Users assume all risk associated with the use of our service.
To protect your data, we implement encryption, limit access, enforce a deny-by-default policy, and apply data segregation policies.
We collect only the data necessary for authentication and user identification within the system. We do not engage in additional data collection.
Our computer infrastructure, located in the USA, mandates compliance with all applicable U.S. laws by users of our service.
We do not sell, disclose, or retain any personal information for commercial purposes. We may use personal information for the operation and improvement of our services.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, investments, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, do not hold us liable, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Specifically, we are not responsible for any loss of investment or financial damages resulting from your investment decisions based on the use of our service.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other losses related to use of information on the service.
